I asked myself these same questions only 3 short years ago and probably had the same answers to them then, as you do now. Now, I run a very successful business with a turnover approaching £1 Million per year. I do not mean to sound big-headed or arrogant about this, I am just stating facts. On the contrary, I would say I am simply proud of what I have accomplished rather than arrogant about it.

So, what exactly have I accomplished?

Well, in Septermber 2008 I registered my first and only company with £300 of my own money. It was all the money I was willing to risk at that time. Now, in just under 3 years, as I have already said, my company turns over almost £1 Million per year. Not bad for only
3 years of trading, eh? My only regret is that I didn’t know what I know now, when I was 20 years old! If I had, I would be a multi-millionaire by now. This is a fact whether you believe it or not. I'm not a multi-millionaire just yet, but I will be within 5 years, of this there is NO DOUBT.

Of course you’re sceptical about this, as no doubt I would have been all those years ago when I too was in your position. Back then, however, I didn't know what I know now. It’s good to be sceptical, of this I couldn’t agree more. What I would be extremely sceptical of, however, are other so-called gurus who superimpose images of themselves sitting on Ferraris, claiming riches beyond your wildest dreams, and all with 2 hours work per week.

These ludicrous claims are, well, ludicrous!

About Me

Having plodded my way through school, picked up a clatter of GCSEs, 4 A Levels and a University Degree in Mathematics & Statistics, I found myself in a corporate position as Business & Analytics Consultant. My role was, essentially, to build statistical models for banks and other major financial institutions, which would predict many aspects of consumer or business behaviour.

In laymanís terms, I would analyse huge amounts of data to predict things which would be statistically likely to happen in the future.

To perform this analysis I would use software called SAS - no, not the Special Air Service! SAS stands for Statistical Analysis Software and it allows companies to store and analyse huge amounts of data for business benefit - think billions of records. After partying my way through my 20’s, at 30 I found myself with a wife and a beautiful daughter, and a desire for a better, more flexible life. So, I decided to apply the skills I had learned in my career to my very own business. The rest, as they say is history.

How can data analysis skills help an Ebay business?

In more ways than you can possibly imagine. I have developed and perfected a complete business system which literally anyone will be able to implement. A 12 year old could understand the concepts, including some of the more advanced techniques I have developed.
